I know this book is looked as fraudulent and antisemitic but i want to hear the voices of the forums. Is there any validity in the text? Just recently i found out about the book, so i downloaded a copy. At first glance it may seem like another conspiracy about Jews trying to control the world. The problem i have is that the only reason i found out about it was through an Anonymous affiliated site; which said "What is happening today was planned at least a century ago... Even if some try to negate it" Can this book really be looked at as the prophecy of the 20-21st century Shit, even Henry Ford talked about the protocols in an interview saying the text was "fitting in with what was going on" So what do you guys think about the text?
I read portions of it in college for a sociology class where the professor was obsessed with conspiracy theories. He was basically of the opinion that it's a bunch of crap. It was written by some Russian guy who had a beef with Jews. And the actual "plans" that it lays down are all just vague enough that it's real easy to match them up with things in real life that you can always say, "See! It's just like the protocols said!" Kind of like how cold readers start throwing out general stuff until someone in the room responds: "I sense that there's someone in the room who's loved one died from cancer and there were still unreconciled issues!" Uhm, yeah...
I've always thought it was just racist crap. But I don't know anyone who has actually read it. Imagine, though, trying to bring it up in a debate. It has such a bad rap that even if it had any validity at all, nobody would ever listen to anything you say again just because you mentioned this book.
