yep. Your chances of getting pregnant are quite high again, probably almost as much as if she hadn't been on the pill at all. Plus it's hard on her body, going on and off drugs that need to be taken regularly. Maybe you should suggest the patch to her, it's not as hard to be "lazy" about, since you only have to change it once a week. And get a pregnancy test and some condoms for when shit like this happens.

Well it is really high and your fucked but the hormones are still in her system so there is some luck.
After two weeks there are very little hormones still in the system! Even one day of missing the pill isn't safe -or stuff like being sick after taking it (even hours after taking it). You can consider two weeks being off as not being on it at all. Sorry I have no better news... How long ago did you have sex? If it's just a day or so, see if she can get the morning after pill from her doctor or a PP clinic. And use a condom or other bc method until after her next period (when she should not miss one again!). If you really wanna be sure, a condom & the pill is a good idea anyhow... condoms can leak -rare but it happens- and something can go wrong with the pill as well. Double up for safety.
