School Relationship Work finances studying social interactions sleep This is the short list of what is after my time these days. It pisses me off that I've stopped working out (again) for a month, but we had house guests and I hardly had time to sleep let alone get away for an hour to lift weights. For the next 2 months, I'm going to do a deadlift specialization program. If anyone cares I'll post the results here. Why the deadlift? because I only care about two lifts, the deadlift and the over head press. If I master those lifts I can destroy my enemies, without them, I'm a kitten, or worse, a body builder! The dead lift is cenntral to a healthy back and a strong body. Ever lifted something off the ground to your waist? That's a dead lift.
