The next 2 months

    This is the short list of what is after my time these days. It pisses me off that I've stopped working out (again) for a month, but we had house guests and I hardly had time to sleep let alone get away for an hour to lift weights. For the next 2 months, I'm going to do a deadlift specialization program. If anyone cares I'll post the results here. Why the deadlift? because I only care about two lifts, the deadlift and the over head press. If I master those lifts I can destroy my enemies, without them, I'm a kitten, or worse, a body builder! The dead lift is cenntral to a healthy back and a strong body. Ever lifted something off the ground to your waist? That's a dead lift.
