Folk Festival: A gatering of a few hundred people who look like George Carlin Affirmative Action: Beating George Bush with A Baseball Bat Equal opportunity: Giving him a bat, too! Wiccan: Somebody who has a fifty percent Chance at being able to spell Christian (I commonly attack people who use the term Xian, which does not mean christian but a race of aliens from the Godzilla movies. I say this because I don't mean to offend) Worst Case Scenario: Republican President Plan B: Running and Screaming. Faith Based Ecology: Have a glass of water, pray you don't die. Compassionate Conservative: Somebody who will see a drowning person, toss them an uninflated water toy, and think if they don't take the initiative to inflate it then they don't deserve to live. Computer: Unlimited Porn Supply Fanboys or Fangirls: Victims of unfortunate accidents with fans.
I find all to be true but "wiccan." They're a lot smarter than they get credit for. I mean, they have SEX RITES.
lol I am a pagan... I got shit for that one in the past (I do stand up) but well.... I've talked to too many who actually say it Xian... Its a stereotype, i know, but it leads to humor....
I'm not a wiccan though, so i don't have the right to joke..... But I do anyway, most wiccans have a good sense of humor. As do most hippies (I am shocked if anyone was offended by that south park episode with the hippies). I think everyone should have at least a little sense of humor about themself, you know?
Well, actually, I'm pagan by default. I have no "religion". I believe in a divinity that recognizes god ideas. Like if I say "Jesus" or I say "Zues" there are certain ideas that the divinity recognizes. They are god ideas, from the divinity personal gods are born. I'd like to explain what the divinity is but I can't... I don't know. I'm only Pagan because there is no other way to define me. However, I incorporate alot of pagan beliefs into my practice. I mean, when i was younger I became wiccan and was serious until i cam to a paradox... All gods from all religion can be proven and disproven.. Something we did in class was try to prove every religion we studied...
I see what you mean. I believe all religions are inspired by the Devine to suite the needs of the followers of each "party." They are all true and valid. (All but the killing non-believers ideals - many religions have ideas similar.)
No, the society creates the Gods as they see fit.... They are personal gods born from the ideas.... Thats why most religions in certain areas though different have common grounds. Similar societies.
I guess I said it wrong before. The people need this God to fit their own beleif structure, so it is created. It's made by the energy put out. It's created BY the Devine. Does that make any more since?
