This may come as a shock to some of you but I cut my own hair.... I got my haircut by someone about three years ago, it cost me 10 bucks...
The last time I had a haircut, which was quite awhile ago, was $25. Rip-off. She took barely three inches off. I had highlights done a couple of weeks ago and paid $90 for it. Ouch.
i never in my life have paid a yankee dime for a haircut...nor will i ever...actually, the last time i got a haircut was a few years ago...
i've cut my own the last few years, but then again its just a buzz cut which i can do myself. its actually even easier than shaving my head (which i would do but i miss spots more easily than with a buzz, and i cut my scalp, and the blade dries my skin out too much and gets gross....if i have an electric shaver rather than just the trimmers, i would go bald in a heartbeat) but i was trying to grow my hair out...got it decently long, but was in need of a trim. ALL I WANTED was just the tiniest bit off the back. thats it. not shorter all around. so i went to a nice place instead of like saturdays or something.... cost me 25 bucks.... but for all that money they wouldnt just take a little off the back. essentially my hair got much shorter in a heartbeat, and dude told me to put product in it if i wanted it to look good. i was kinda pissed. shortly after, i went back to cutting it myself cause i didnt like what he did to me. its cheaper, easier, and i dont have to deal with the heat and humidity bothering me so much. i'm thinking about going over to the student union for a cut though next time, get my head straight up SHAVED....they should be able to do it without destroying my scalp a lot better than i can....plus i can use meal points or something to pay for it, and its only a few bucks anyhow. thinking of going for the mr clean for a minute before its too cold for that.
Awwwwwwwwhwhwhwhwhw. I laughed so hard reading this, and in my reaction I hit my funny bone on my desk. >_<
