That may be, and the Misfits is one of the best bands ever - however, Danzig CANNOT take a punch, sadly.

i just went and saw them last sunday. they were awesome! and they played with D.I.

I wouldn't say they're the best, but they are definetely one of my top five favorite punk bands. So, i guess i'm agreeing and disagreeing with you.

 

I think they're one of the best. I'm not into punk as much as I once was, but I can still listen to the Misfits any time, as opposed to a lot of other punk groups.

 

i never really got into them, until a few months ago, when me n a few friends decided to take a road trip to see a metal show in montreal which danzig was headlining. he brought out the guitarist (wtf is his name!) and did a lot of misfits songs
apparently the bouncers in montreal arent too fond of people crowd surfing there

 

I met Jerry Only....... it was awesome.

 

they have a real "horror" edge to them that I like

 

Great band only spoilt by the fact that Danzig once got his ass kicked by a member of Def Leppard

 

hmm misfits.I remember them my favs where die die my darling,hybird moments,halloween 2 and teengers from mars, & where eagles dare.

def some cool stuff came out of that whole punk scene.

 

i have to agree that they are one of the greatest bands since the creation of ever.
