The Method versus Physical/Technical based acting

    Had a great discussion with some fellow thespians yesterday on this topic. What do you guys think? What acting philosophies do you subscribe to?

    Method acting... puts you in touch with the real feelings of the past and present which allows you to express yourself organically in any given moment. Relaxation is key, just let it flow and amazing, unexpected things can happen which is what it's all about-- losing yourself and finding parts of yourself at the same time!
