Hey forumers whats up i recently did 2nexus trips! Outdoor visuals were really beautiful but indoors i must describe i experienced ugly visuals maybe my frame of mind who knows both times. Whatever substance i did since today music was amazing!!!! with 2cb music had no sense of whole with the experience thoughts also i found experience to be disoriented. I read so many amazing reports about 2cb and music and the profound experience. One of my friends from this area told me 2cb back in the day was really good now the effects are vague(not really clear hehe) what are your thoughts on this
I enjoy 2cb, I find the headspace provides a constant sense of intrigue. It seems easier to avoid negative thought loops and grueling analytical material like shrooms or LSD without feeling like you are attempting to repress it. I seem to be able to decide to find some other material of my psyche or perceptions to explore if things get kind of uncomfortable however it doesn't feel like I'm forcing to negate those thoughts/emotions either. Visually I find that for OEV's, for it to really make me appreciate it I need to base it off art or sensory stimulation (I haven't tried a high dose out in nature tho) . I find looking at mandalas, light shows, computer visualizers really interesting, Closed eye visuals are often more interesting for me on 2cb tho. Music is pretty good on 2cb, I agree with you that music doesn't have a sense of whole with the experience like say MDMA, and I also don't find I'm able to dissect and deconstruct various elements to the degree that I can with LSD, I kinda feel a slight sense of detachment, and alteration with music on 2cb that sometimes can drive the visuals. I tend to be more particular with my music on 2cb than with MDMA or LSD. I know you're really into psytrance, I find that good on 2cb, I find drum n bass amazing on 2cb, as well as like Piper of the Gates of Dawn era Pink Floyd or some of the more accessible Psychedelic Rock. The euphoria is generally pretty quality on 2cb, usually a sense of positivity, that's energetic, light and airy, somewhat akin to MDMA yet a bit more restrained. Perhaps the best part for me is that the side effects from 2cb are very minimal. It's usually fairly easy on the body with no significant negative after effects.
I think its my delusion to expect 2cb to provide acid mesc shrooms headspace lets say.. To be honest after reading some trip report i had the belief that 2cb can be really powerful psychedelic but in my own experiences it lacks something its all opinion ofcourse. I should see it as it is and respect 2cb is a interesting ride
2c-b is highly sensorial but VERY clear headed IMO. Ugly visuals indoors and great visuals outdoors? Maybe just because indoors is ugly if you're looking for visual stimulation and want to be indoors, look at art! www.beinart.org I took 50mg 2cb this weekend and while it was visually supreme the headspace was not correspondingly altered . . . the visuals and body high were 3 hits of acid strength and the headspace was 0.5-1 hit of acid. thats what makes it great if you want to go far cerebrally i'd stick with tryptamines. i'm really surprised you didn't like music on 2cb, but you also said the visuals were 'ugly', a word i'd never use to describe anything regarding 2cb maybe you were just in a bad frame of mind.
i've had very strong trips from 2cb at 30-45 mg. i've had very lackluster ones from 20-35 mg. bad set can really kill it i think. i think it goes great with music (not as well as 2ce or acid thoug) and awesome with CLOUDS
