I've had multiple internet outages today. I get a orange light on my router/modem, or some of the lights go out and then there's no internet. Why on Christmas? Is there somehow more internet traffic today or something?
Dude no idea. You been having bad weather? Here in UK my grandads router won't remember my iPod I have to keep refining password. I do turn wifi off as I'm charging it, but it remembers all my othr places I connect with even when I turn wifi off. Odd shit indeed.
Thats what everyone seems to be sayin'. I guess ISPs aren't equipped to handle all the extra traffic, since today is more than averange.
They probably prioritize customers, and cut service to certain customers to free bandwidth at different times, trying to avoid any one customer being without internet for too long at once.
Yes, they are probably just giving internet time to those who haven't send there holiday messages yet.
It is better now, but for part of the day it was seriously fuckd. Serious connectivity problems. Fuckin' cable internet, comcast. I guess they got the whole city on one coax cable or something. That shit was seriously annoying, it was obvious they were shedding bandwidth.
Mine was running slow along with Netflix. It kept kicking us off trying to watch xmas movies. It was at its worst around 1pm-4pm central time.
Mine is back to normal. I shut my computer off earlier and restarted it. It was fine after that. Chromebook=lightning fast!
