Any GG fans out there? Man I loved them and still do! I have all 7 seasons on DVD. I also enjoy watching the reruns on WE TV and Hallmark Channel. Golden Girls Rock! :2thumbsup:
I have to say it is a guilty pleasure of mine as well.. I would watch it with my granny when i was little, and now I find it rather funny sometimes. I just prefer 80's and 90's era T.V.
I haven't watched it in forever...probably because I've seen every episode 500 times, but I do LOVE that show!!
Bea Author was a great comedienne. May she, Estelle Getty, and Rue McClanahan rest in peace. I really like Maude.
My Grandmother and Aunt used to religiously watch this show. It's never really on anymore, is it? It used to be good for a laugh. I dig the opening song to it. I suppose it's nostalgic to me because I used to watch it when visiting my Grandmother. But the same could be said of M*A*S*H, and it was a lot funnier, imho. -BlkBks
I really, really love this sitcom for having the best storyline ever. I also love of course these 4 oldies hehe especially Dorothy! Watching this show before is one of the great moments in my life because I used to watch it with my Mom, the bonding moments are really great especially watching these crazy oldies! It’s kind of crazy show that will make you roll on the floor and my favorite part is everytime those 3 mean girls insult Rose, haha! I had no clue at first that this show is extremely funny until I saw it in re-runs at Lifetime channel and I do still watch this show from DVD Collection I bought from yourDVDcorner.com. I feel very proud because this set has all the episodes. It’s nice to see this wacky show once again after so many years of waiting.
