The era of skinny girls is over. Phat asses rule.

There's a bit of a change in trends over here in Europe. I wonder if that's the case in the U.S. too.

Whenever a girl here asks (as they used to ask all the time) "does my ass look fat in these pants/skirt/dress?", all of us now go "no, it doesn't look fat enough - work on it". Lol.

I have the impression that the era of skinny girls who refuse to show any sign of voluptuousness is definitely over. Anorectic supermodels are no longer setting the norm. No, instead the girls with phat booties are taking over; the era of fat asses is here, and its here to stay, I feel. Some cellullitis is very welcome, as long there are bubbles.
Maybe this is because big asses are a hot category on the internet and we see them all the time in hot (black) music videos, while skinny traditional chicks don't make us horny any longer. I don't know.

But I definitely have the impression that fat asses and onion booties have now become the mainstream hip, the new ideal.

What do you think of this trend? What do you think of it as a girl?

I think its odd that people consider what the latest trends are in 'asses'. To each their own I say and my preference has always been for a tight ass with not a lot of bounce to it. I don't like the whole junk in the trunk look

 

people like who they like, be they tall, short, skinny, wide, blonde, redheaded or ravenhaired, blue eyes or brown, dark skinned, tanned or pale beyond measure. There's always someone out there who will find you attractive, and a lot more goes into it than your physical body.

how about just liking what you like for yourself, and not following some body weight trend?

There is no need to berate people for being too skinny if that suddently goes out of style, which seems ridiculous to me

 

To all, don't get me wrong, when I said that it appears that fat asses are allowed (again), this doesn't mean that normal or skinny girls aren't sexy any longer. I was just suggesting that big booty is now entirely okay, whereas I remember the days when girls with fat asses really didn't feel good about it.

Overdoing the fat ass thing and turning it into a new must is stupid, I agree.

By constantly refering to large backsides as "fat asses" I don't think your doing much to help women feel confident or empowered.
