The effects of cool grow temp

What do you think, is it possible to ever have a bud this purple naturally or is this cold grow temperatures and perhaps photo shop?

I have seen plenty of purple bud from experienced growers, but I think this has to be BS.

Looks like they adjusted the pic to me.

 

That's all about dropping Nitrogen levels. Only possible with hydro but that still looks altered.

Yes, strain plus temp makes the weed plant turn purple but not as purple as this.
But who knows? may be this is one of those bever before seen strains. But I doubt it.
