New York Times has just put out an article which says Trump told Whitaker to replace the top prosecutor on the Cohen case with a more loyal one. Trump is denying it.

trump WANTS to be impeached, and the members of his own party, don't 'get' it.

polosy is probably right to hold back against beating heads against walls,
on something that would take more bipartisan support then has yet to be clearly evidenced.

the biggist congretional speed bump is of course trump's bitch mitch.

there's really no other logical explanation, other then flat out insanity, for his policy and priority positions,
that or i must be really messed up myself, to not be able to find any.

Well people, it looks like the Mueller Investigation is almost over. William Barr is going to deliver a summary to Congress. Mueller's investigation has lasted just two years. The Republican investigations into Bill Clinton lasted over four years and used three investigators, including Robert Fisk and Kenneth Starr. The Bill Clinton investigations looked into The White Water Real Estate dealings, File Gate, Travel Gate, Vince Foster's suicide, Paula Jones' complaint, and Monica Lewinsky's stained Blue Dress. In addition to the inquiry into Bill Clinton, Republicans like Troy Grody spent over four years going over the Ben Ghazi matter, involving Hillary Clinton. The materials, activities, and financial dealings involving the Russian meddling and influence are much greater in volume and one would think more time and subpoenas are needed to reach the truth. But, it looks like Trump's appointee will stop the Mueller Investigation in its tracks...to protect Trump from criminal charges. The Democrats in Congress and the New York federal prosecutors are already on the money trail and some of that evidence will be exposed soon. Michael Cohen is now scheduled to testify in a few weeks.

William Barr has called in Mueller's final report pretty quick like. The announcement has come just six days after Barr took the job. It sure smells like obstruction of justice...by the Head Honcho at the Department of Justice.

Reports are that Barr will withhold a majority of the report.
Kellyanne Conway claims the report will never published.

Some refer to him as Mitch the Bitch.

After demonstrations were occurring at the door of Mitch McConnell's office, Trump surrendered on the government shutdown battle that he had initiated and signed a spending resolution.

Kellyanne Conway and Sarah Sanders will claim that the Mueller report has nothing to do with Trump.

It was just Trump's top associates (many of whom he now claims that he hardly knew and has labeled as stupid, unloyal losers) being convicted of lying about numerous incidents that supposedly didn't involve Trump or his direction (meetings with Russian officials, underhanded payments to McDougal and Daniels that Trump supposedly discovered after the fact, etc).

Last night on TV I saw one speaker say Mueller has not finished his inquiry into Costantine Kilimnik, has not finished his investigation of Roger Stone and all the documentation collected from that Trump operative, has not finished his investigation of the Wikileaks connection, has not finished his investigation of the unidentified corporation which is owned by a foreign government, has not finished his investigation of Deutche Bank, has not finished his investigation into Alfa Bank, has not finished his investigation into a Russian/Estonian bank which funneled large amounts of cash through a small branch, has not finished his investigation concerning the Maria Butina/NRA cash connection to the Trump Campaign, has not finished his investigation of Maria Butina's American Republican Party connection/lover; however, William Barr has shut Mueller's work down just six days into his new job as AG, to obstruct any and all criminal charges against Trump and his organized crime operations. The Mueller Investigation has been paid for by the United States Congress and by The American people. The product of Muller's work is now something William Barr wants to keep secret and to prevent the American people from knowing what was discovered.

If that's the case, then the report should be made public.

    SNL 1

    Trump 0

Trump suggests there should be retribution for SNL for mocking the presidents declaration of a national emergency over border wall funding.

Trump called it fake news; Yeah no shit Sherlock it’s satire

If Christopher Paul Hasson had been an illegal Venezuelan Muslim who was plamnning to kill the Republican leadership do you think Trump would have twitted about it?

Trump does not know what satire means, and has never heard of metaphoric free speech...can't even spell it...

I forget where I heard it, but someone said that trump has no sense of humor. Probably because he is the butt of most of it.
Have you ever seen trump laugh, or smile?

Trump undermined the need for declaring a national emergency when he said he didn't need it and that it was a matter of speed.

House Democrats move to block Trump's national emergency declaration
    Jacob Pramuk
    February 22, 2019

House Democrats move to block Trump's national emergency declaration

    excerpts:

"Opponents of the emergency declaration have partly pointed to Trump's comments last week, when he said he "didn't need to" take the action but would rather get money for the wall "much faster."

He would not use only the emergency declaration. Trump plans to take separate executive actions to put $2.5 billion from the Department of Defense's drug interdiction program and $600 million from the Treasury Department's drug forfeiture fund toward the wall.

Through the emergency declaration, the president aims to divert $3.6 billion from the Pentagon's military construction funds toward the wall."

The word is out! Michael Cohen is going to pull the curtain back on Trump's criminal activity! All of it, according to statement by his lawyer. I saw the article on Yahoo.
