Senator-elect Tommy Tuberville flubs basics of the Constitution, World War II and the 2000 election.

    excerpt:

"Mr. Tuberville also said he planned to use his Senate office to raise money for two Republican senators in Georgia who are facing runoff elections that will determine control of the chamber. Senate ethics rules bar the use of official resources for campaign purposes.

And in another exchange, he erroneously said that Mr. Gore, the Democratic presidential nominee in 2000, was president-elect for 30 days during an intense, protracted recount and legal battle. Neither Mr. Gore nor George W. Bush was considered the president-elect during that process.

The interview amounted to the most in-depth remarks Mr. Tuberville had given since he was elected last week. He cut a low profile on the campaign trail, rarely making himself available to reporters other than those at conservative outlets, but had positioned himself as a staunch supporter of President Trump."

Article from May 2021 about FInchem.

Finchem hopes audit will lead to reassignment of Arizona's electoral votes

    excerpt:

"Republican state representative and secretary of state candidate Mark Finchem told a QAnon talk show that he hopes the results of Arizona’s election audit will lead to the state’s 11 presidential electors being reassigned to former President Donald Trump.

Finchem, R-Oro Valley, appeared on RedPill78 hosted by Zak Paine on Saturday, and the two men spent two hours discussing the audit and election fraud allegations.

Finchem has long asserted that the goal of the audit is to not find fraud but restore integrity in Arizona’s election. However, during the interview he said he hopes that the outcome will result in Arizona’s electoral votes being awarded to Trump, though President Joe Biden won the state by 10,457 votes. Congress certified the final results of the Electoral College in January."

Modern science has yet to be able to regrow balls, or the white conservative population would not be imploding. I'm afraid they'll have to wait for Jesus to return.

Farmers are all in on Biden's infrastructure plan - CNNPolitics

    excerpt:

"Former President Donald Trump sent billions in federal aid in a bid to win over America's farmers -- but now they're all for President Joe Biden's $1.2 trillion infrastructure package, in hopes it will mean fixing roads and bridges critical to the delivery of food to the rest of the nation.

The bill could be a big bipartisan win. It was drafted by lawmakers from both parties and passed the Senate with 19 Republican votes in August, but its fate remains uncertain with Democrats divided over tying it to a larger $3.5 trillion spending package.

"We'll take as much money the federal government can send our way and I would say almost every state is in a similar condition," said Bill Panos, the director of the North Dakota Department of Transportation, who also serves as the president of the Western Association of State Highway Transportation Officials.

Panos has a 10-year plan for North Dakota that is projected to cost $2 billion just to maintain existing infrastructure -- about the amount in federal funding the state expects to receive for road and highway investments if the bill passes. North Dakota's senators Kevin Cramer and John Hoeven, both Republicans, voted for the bill."

Trump has been telling the GOP to reject the infrastructure bill.

Trump says he can make a better deal in his next term or after 2022 midterm elections.

He wasn't able to cooperate with a GOP-controlled House and Senate during his first two years as president to pass an infrastructure bill (or an immigration bill or an education bill or a healthcare bill).

Says Trump, the self-proclaimed greatest deal maker to ever live.

The corporate tax cut that Congress passed and Trump signed in 2017 was a fiscal bill that required only a simple majority. That was the only major bill Trump signed. The House and Senate were under GOP control.

Even that one required some goodies to Murkowski and Collins to eke the 51 votes needed for passage and for Trump to be able to sign it.

Biden is making aggressive moves to gain the support of moderate conservatives, and is being criticized by liberals for pulling out of Afghanistan and not supporting immigrants more, but those are moves guaranteed to win the support of moderate conservatives and the wealthy. Democrats want every fucking member of the Tea Party they can get their hot little hands on, and will not let up on the pressure, until they are ready to stomp them into the dirt.

At long last, the light bulb is starting to come on.... If only they could make the next leap, and call him a compulsive liar and lowlife con artist, they might begin to comprehend the difference between right and wrong, and begin to suspect their votes no longer matter.

Pierce had been representing 17 of Trump's rioters.

The whereabouts and condition of Pierce are still unclear.

He was said to be sick with COVID.

The Worrell case will be proceeding without him.

New lawyer named for East Naples man arrested in US Capitol riot

    excerpt:

"On Friday, a joint stipulation for substitution of counsel motion before Judge Royce C. Lamberth in U.S. District court in Washington D.C., was filed listing Attorney Alex Reed Stavrou, Sr., of Tampa as Worrell's new lawyer, replacing Attorney John Pierce.

The motion said Pierce, who's status has been unclear lately, would have no further responsibilities in the Worrell case.

Pierce had been representing 17 of the more than 500 people charged in the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol. Pierce was said to possibly be ill with COVID-19, on a ventilator and unresponsive, according to a notice filed by the prosecution in Worrell’s case."

Trump insurrectionist Pauline Bauer was sent back to jail.

Insurrectionist Pauline Bauer Hauled Off To Jail Screaming "NO, I'm Not Going Back To Jail!"

    excerpt:

"Pauline Bauer is a piece of work, and it seems the justice system has had enough of her bullshit. It’s hard to keep track of all the insanity, stupidity, and white privilege that Jan 6th insurrectionists display when they get busted. And there are so many lunatics that they all begin to blend into one amorphous blob of ignorance, hate, and inanity. But Pauline Bauer is almost an avatar for what we in the reality base community want to happen to all the insurrectionists. Translation: she screamed bloody murder when a federal judge sent her back to jail for giving the middle finger to the court."

McKean County woman charged in Capitol riot case sent back to jail

    excerpt:

"However, according to reports, Bauer didn’t bring up any of those arguments in court. Scott MacFarlane of NBC affiliate WRC-TV said instead she began referencing the Bible while talking about sovereign citizenship.

The judge responded with a Bible verse, “Romans 13 — Let every person be subject to the governing authorities,” according to the website Law & Crime.

Bauer responded that she isn’t a person, and that she has diplomatic immunity as a “friend of the court,” the website noted.

The judge asked if Bauer would comply with his orders, but she replied, “Judgment day is going to come for all of you who are making money off mankind.”"

Sounds like she doesn't want to be released.

Good that will give her more time to study the bible in preparation for trial

Amos 5:24 But let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.
