Pauline Bauer of Kane and William Blauser Jr. of Ludlow made their way into the east Rotunda door of the Capitol while officers were trying to stop the crowd from entering, according to the statement of facts provided by the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Bauer and Blauser are charged with entering any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, engaging in disorderly or disruptive conduct in restricted building or grounds and two counts each of violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds. Additionally, Bauer is charged with obstruction of justice/Congress."

"Many of the 10 clips released Thursday are extremely disturbing. One shows a protestor grabbing an officer by the helmet and smashing his head repeatedly against a door jamb.

In one 22-second clip, a man with a patterned blue mask covering his mouth is seen shoving the face of an officer at one of the entrances of the Capitol. In a 38-second video, a man with a yellow face covering and a red backpack is seen repeatedly striking officers with what appears to be a stick.

And in a 56-second clip, a man is seen using what appears to be a tree branch to strike at officers that are preventing the crowd from entering the Capitol.

The longest video released on Thursday shows three minutes of body camera footage of a man wearing a black, red and white jacket attacking officers while another rioter was on the ground. An officer used a stun gun to fend the man off.

Another video shows a man in an aqua blue windbreaker jacket with a navy blue hood walking up stairs that overlooked an area with several identifiable law enforcement officers. The unidentified man is seen spraying a cloud of smoke onto the officers and walking away."

I was watching McConnell on the news and he looks and sounds every bit the 79 years old man he is and yet, he just won't retire.

"The FBI received a tip about Warmus’ involvement from an unidentified person who overheard Warmus discussing his experience at his dentist’s office, the complaint against him said. Warmus allegedly played a video he took inside the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6 riot and said he had smoked marijuana while he was there.

A subsequent investigation identified Warmus on security footage inside the Capitol and as having entered the federal building through the Senate Wing Doors at about 2:17 p.m., the complaint said.

Warmus allegedly wore a sweatshirt that read “CNN is fake news,” a hat that said “Trump 2020” and carried a “F--- Antifa” flag."

The person sent an image that the FBI said showed Persick wearing sunglasses and a red baseball cap with a Make America Great Again logo. The image appears to show him outdoors in a crowd.

In March, FBI special agents interviewed the person, who indicated that he or she has known Persick for about 20 years. An agent showed the person images taken from video inside the Capitol on Jan. 6. The person identified Persick in the images, according to the affidavit."

This is what I WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND ............... If ANY foreign country actively engages in cyber espionage / attacks on any U.S. entity / business / infrastructure - or harbors groups/entities that DO - the U.S should immediately cyber - F*ck them up so badly they'll be back in the stone age. Just picture, if you will, what a different reaction we would see from the spineless, gutless, ethics & integrity barren REPUBLICANS if it were Biden supporters that stormed the U.S. Capitol !!!!!!!

They'd have ordered "shoot to kill" to any & all law enforcement present. There would be investigations stacked up like a deck of cards, and ALL identified rioters would be in prison. But because it was REPUBLICANS committing treasonous insurrection and rioting IN the Capitol, in support of a 100% LIAR & FRAUD, and TRAMPLING on the U.S. Constitution .................. well .................. "it was much like a tourist group sightseeing, peacefully." How rotten, decayed, AND CRIMINAL are the minds that those actions were ANYTHING but insurrection and sedition??
