The Big Five model of personality is often thought to be the most "scientifically valid" of currently available personality metrics. It measures your place on 5 personality spectrum that some claim are genetic and therefore difficult to change--

Extroversion/Introversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Openness to Experience, and Neuroticism.

Your scores on these 5 dimensions may help predict everything from your lifespan, your success in your career, your income, friendships, happiness levels, etc.

Neurotic and open to experiece seem to fit me but I can see characteristics of myself in all of that so I couldn't finger point one characteristic or label myself to any of the traits.

And it's like, the experience actually triggers more of the neurological problems I get.

It seems fairly accurate. I would be interested to see how the results supposedly correlate to lifespan, success, and the other factors you mentioned...but I suppose you have to do the paid results for that level of analysis lol

I found that too! That's why I think I'm inconsistent. Give me the same question worded different and I'll give you a different answer lol. Maybe that's my Englisch though.

Me too. That's what most people here would think about at first (as a trip to Africa has pretty much failed if one didn't see all 5 'irl')

 

I don't think thrash metal will ever have another big worthy band to add On the other hand: Anthrax is one of the 'big 4' so maybe it doesn't take that much
