Well we know it's bought, but Goldman Sachs saying he wants Obama to win means it rigged. He's either trying to downplay his involvement in the outcome (if Romney wins.) Or stupidly giving up his plans for the future of America to the Media.
Politics is rigged. It's all a joke. Romney won't win, but even if he did nothing would change since he's owned by the same establishment that owns Obama. Romney is in this race to lose, and I would not be surprised if he knows this.
You're in a politics forum dude. In case you didn't realize. But My point is this election is rigged against the American people. Being apathetic and saying "it's always been this way." Is setting ourselves and our children up for failure.
Oh really? Because I saw that Goldman Sachs is the biggest donor of both candidates and he wants obama to win.
It's called "buying influence". All corporations have been doing it for decades. Giving to both candidates just insures that no matter which one wins, that business can say they were for the winner. You gripe is with the Supreme Court that declared that money is free speech. SCOTUS is the most corrupt entity in the government. Judges are appointed for life, not elected. It's the authoritarian branch of the gov't, they can over rule the congress and the president. SCOTUS has destroyed democracy and replaced it with corporate fascism.
Goldman Sachs is a he for the sake of argument. The perfect example of what's wrong with our country. Playing both sides may mean they "want to win," but I belive one of them is getting paid to lose and they know it.
There is no seperation between big business (multinational corporations) and government. The question is who is dominating who? I think the evidence points to government being businesses bitch. Voting is just a way to keep the stupid sheep from revolting.
I've never voted in a presidential election. Voted for local and state, but never presidential, as it's, like you say, rigged. Realizing that with possible evidence is quite liberating and worthy of sharing. But, once you know it's the case time and time again, it's depressing until you realize there isn't a damned thing you can do about it.
it isn't over till the fat lady sings. but yes, there have been, and continue to be, attempts, mostly by selective disenfrachisments, to rig the election in favor of romney.
