So I go to this college in NY and they have a zero tolerance policy on drugs...which isn't really conducive with my lifestyle, but that's not the point.
Recently they have been kicking people out left and right for drugs, mainly herb, and some coke. But they have also recently done something that really pisses me off, they tested the ash in a few people's cars. When they found out that it was herb ash, those students got kicked out. What is it Elmira CSI?? Anyways they're doing something that wouldn't even hold up in court, so wtf. Students are outraged, mostly because we are all herb lovers ourselves. I've lost a lot of friends to this stupid rule, and it's aggravating. I was just telling you all of the bullshit that has been going on at my school...what do you all think?

Oh and this is from one of my friends who recently got kicked out and it makes a great point as far as I'm concerned:

its cool that "high profile athletes" in this school can get beligerently drunk everynight and RAPE girls, jump other students, and fuck up the campus and thats overlooked, but this institution feels the need to target, hunt, and eventually kick out the people who smoke pot and dont cause any trouble and just chill out and dont bother anyone

I'm just getting realllly sick of this

If I were you I would stop smoking for awhile (just to be safe), and then start making some noise about this. Obviously the administration is behind this, and don't forget you pay their salaries, along with all the football equipment, etc, etc. Since pot is illegal to begin with I doubt that you can have a protest, but I can see a lawsuit coming out of this ($$$) and you could always transfer to another school. Review the rules at your school, unless you signed a form saying they could do these things it sounds unconstitutional.

yeah I've stopped actually because I get tested for cheerleading..yes cheerleading

and too bad we don't have a football team:p

and trust me I've already made tons of noise, I'm just waiting for something else to happen....I'm laying low but at the same time I'm not

I go to a private school, so we technically don't have to sign shit for them to do anything to us
    that's the raw deal
