That hardly sounds like Zappa to me judging by the tone of his voice. Though I'm used to hearing a lot of his early stuff. Strange indeed. Garaj MahalLive at Palookaville2001-04-07 https://archive.org/details/garaj2001-04-07.flac16 LOVE this set. To the core.

Two free albums!! Buz Shock Chamber (2001) Addictive (2003) I am fascinated with these guys ever since I saw em play live. Local St. Louis industrial/electronic band that sounds a lot like:Nine Inch Nails, Crystal Method, KMFDM, The Prodigy, EOTO, Sound Tribe Sector 9 Started as a one-man-band, evolved into a two-piece, and now consists of 3 musicians. One on keyboard and running audio samples from computerOne on drums w digitized effectsOne on bass (not sure if he's an official member or sits in from time to time)Incrediby accurate live performance! Check em out! at http://buz-music.com They have links at the bottom to their other artist profiles.
A few years ago, my brother and I became pretty big fans of CeeLo Green when he released 2 albums with Danger Mouse under the name of Gnarls Barkley. That was 'pre-' The Voice and 'pre-' 'F**k You.' He's got some really great stuff under his solo label and even before that with Dungeon Family and Goodie Mob. Still, even with some of thir shorter tracks, Gnarls Barkley tops them all in my opinion. Maybe it's just nostalgia talking, but I still think their tracks are great and still hold up quite well. Wanted to share with you guys some of the work he and Danger Mouse did at Abbey Road and The Basement. If you've listened to Gnarls Barkley at all (I'm sure you've heard the 'Crazy' single), this is quite a treat for the ears. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GLbE6aHjF7g https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z9QIa_3_Cz8 Here's a link to their performance of Crazy at The Basement. Also really good stuff. Very downtempo and more soulful than the original cut. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HTAdKdzWrgY
