I weigh approx. 300lbs, and I want to roll. My worry is, I dehydrate like no other. I don't want to die rolling. I hear the dehydration is weed to the tenth power. What can you all tell me? Should I just take it and be stocked up on bottled water?
exactly right. just make sure to stay hydrated. if your thirsty, take a drink. that may sound pretty obvious, but i find when im rolling, i get side-tracked and kind of forget that im thirsty. LoL dunno if anyone else does that, but I do. its good if you have someone there to help remind you and stuff. like when I roll with my boyfriend, he's always concious about when the last time i had a drink of water was and stuff and if he thinks its been too long, he will be like "hey Im thirsty, come get a drink with me" so its always better to have someone else to help ya out with that one. but also, dont OVERhydrate yourself cuz that would be a big issue too. Im sure you will be fine. Have fun and be safe
lol heather u sooo funny =) when i started out rolling i felt the dehydration, but now it doesnt even cross my mind. I usually have atleast 1 glass of a fruit drink or water
ya Ive harsh forgotten about drinking while I was dancing for like four hours, probably not good for the kidneys, just try to at least to replace lost fluids, and no need to go overboard just depends how active the roll is I guess
Have a good amount of water readily around when you are on X. Also, if you are hungry, eat lots of fruits since they really keep you hydrated. One last piece of advice, have orange juice when you are done. Orange juice helps a lot when you wake up .
Unless your dancing or doing something really active you don't have to worry that much. Just drink a couple of bottles and you should be fine.
