Hi everyone, First time post with a quick question! How do you keep your teeth from getting stained, or, how can I get "rid of" already stained teeth? Its not very nice to see, and also, my dentist is noticing the "thickness" of the stain, and "swears" its not just cigarettes! I wouldnt care so much as to what he says, however, he's very good friends with someone at work.. Sorry for the long post!
Brush as soon as you can for longer than normal after you smoke. Use mouth wash and flose. that is all.
OMFG HAHAHAHHAAHAHAHHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHHHAHAHAH DUDE t first i though u mistaked this with some health forums hahahhahaha
most stoners wouldnt spend money on somthing like this, but the Crest whiting strips work like crazy, my teeth are as white as a movie stars
yeah, weed doesn't stain your teeth nearly as much (If it at all does) as cigarettess do (it's the nicotine).
Actually weed has more nicotine in it than ciggarettes but since most people don't smoke a j every 20-30 minutes like cigs, it doesn't affect the teeth so much. Thanks for the info on the white strips. I'm a cig smoker always looking for easy way out when it comes to keeping teeth white. I brush often and long and my teeth really don't look so bad for my age but I'd love to have them perfectly pearly white !
I smoke with my grill in so I dont gotta worry bout that, yadadaholla? easier to brush my teeth regularly, smoke with my grill in and get them cleaned at the jewelry store.
I want a link or something that shows this is true. Because I've NEVER heard of weed having Nicotine.
I dont think there is nicotine in weed, however, there is tar, and I believe that is where my problem is........
wow... stoners here have NO CLUE what they are taking into there bodies... (NightWalk, thank you for having a clue) weed has NO NICOTINE the main ingredients are THC, CBD, and CBN. and weed has no tar in it. the tar is produced during smoking. tar is AKA pipe resin. your lungs should have no problem, even after a long time, if you are a moderate smoker and exercise. this only goes for weed smoke though, because the THC acts as a cardiovascular dilator and doesn't hinder your lungs cleaning process as much as cigarettes would. though we are not talking bout the lungs here. my advise, if you want to keep your teeth white, is: 1. continue to brush multiple times a day! 2. quit smoking cigarettes.
Cannabis is a bronchiodilator, which opens up the lung's airways more. Cardiovascular is heart and blood pumping. But cannabis is a dilator nonetheless, where do you think redeye comes from? Blood vessels dilating.
