Hi ,I'm new here and I'm really interested In Psychedelic Culture of the 60's and I really want to make a social change in my community and I want to know how I can do that (I'm 16 by the way). I listen to a lot of music from all different eras of time ,especially 60's and 70's (not too much of an 80's fan) Led Zeppelin ,Black Sabbath , Jimi Hendrix ,Cream, The Rolling Stones , Jefferson Airplane , The Beatles , Deep Purple and more. So much help would be appreciated when it comes to making a social change where do I start ,with who and how? I already got my Best Friend into that type of stuff. No one wants to think critically at my age.

Best thing you can do is learn more about the 60's. Read the beats and Leary and everyone from that era to get a better idea of what was happening. Find out about the Diggers and other subculture groups who were taking active roles in civil rights and other issues. You might play music with your friends, start your own band and look into other mediums of art as well (get your words and music out to others)

    Best of luck to ya!

You're clever. You recognize that the biggest issue isn't in government and all that, but is based in society. I appreciate that.

I see a bright future for you here

    Welcome
