I've got some tea tree oil, just wondering how much should I add to water for a spray bottle to help stop the itching !!!

i use it all the time, and i actually dont add any water to it. it doesnt do any harm. of course i dont know where your putting it.

I mix a little tea tree oil in with my shampoo - usually head & shoulders because it is really sudsy! but I really like to use neutrogena T-gel it really gets my scalp nice & clean!! hope that may help!
