the translation for the first one literally is "chi non rischia niente non ottiene niente", but it's also a famous proverb and as the saying goes it's "chi non risica non rosica", and every italian person will get it. the second one is "la morte mi troverà vivo" if you're a male, "viva" if you're a girl instead.
