So I have always really admired the beautiful landcapes and seascapes in Oregon. I live in a boring town that exists merely for tourists and wealthy retirees from places like california and florida adn it is far away from the sea yea so I have a little boy, he is 2 and his daddy We wanna move! to eugene? well anyway I have a question for anyone who can answer... I have been a tattoo apprentice for only a year... I have been planning on relocating to oregon... Now I hear this crazy business that It is pretty much impossiblee to become a tattooer in Oregon unless you have been tattooing there for much longer than a decade. New comers can forget it? Due to the crazy lisencing requirements? I heard that apprenticeships are outlawed and some ridiculous thing called a "tattooing school" has taken the place of traditional tattoo "education". Can anyone enlighten me on what the hell it would be like to try to move to oregon as a second year apprentice and try to make it in this trade? Is it just impossible?
