i was wondering if anyone knows about branding and stuff i want to create a tattoo mostly of scars and maybe a little branding to give it a more embedded appeal then add the ink if anyone has done this or has ideas ..please share

My husband has a tattoo that looks like ink over a branding, so most people say (and I agree). It was a mistake - he was young and it was badly done, plain black all outlined AND filled in with a single tip needle, that'll rip the fuck out of your skin. I can tell you that for ANY reputable artist to tattoo over a scar, especially a cutting or branding (since they take longer to heal because they're MEANT to go deep and leave a good scar), no good artist would do it UNTIL the cut/brand is 100% healed. That doesn't mean "just healed", it could be anywhere from 1-3 years or longer. Usually once the cut/brand itself is completely healed and the colour (the red/purple scar colour) is faded as much as it's going to fade. So it'll be something that you'll have to wait for, but DON'T go to any artist that'll do it when the scar isn't completely healed, they're not worth it.
