I don't, I do Yoga. However I recently got my Mom involved into Tai Chi, and she seems to be enjoying it, and it also makes her feel better throughout the day!
I'm into yoga and meditation too. Stumbled onto Tai Chi from a fellow freedom fighter earlier and it looks a little interesting (from what I've seen of it anyways).
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I used to have a REALLY hard time with it. I purchased a Tai Chi for Arthritis DVD and worked with that a few times. Tai Chi seems very peaceful to me, the movements are so fluid.
