    actually, alot of people dont even know who syd is... me peeps who like pink floyd, lots of them havent even heard the syd stuff, which is pretty much the best, when it comes to pink floyd music...but if there was noise-pop like that, dude that'd be groovy

    The more obscure super lo-fi Guided By Voices stuff had a Syd Barrett vibe. Olivia Tremor Control definitely picked up where say "Bike" left off..

    love and rockets also covered a syd era floyd song too............ but I cant remember what it was, I think it is "lucifer sam"

    yeah love and rockets did "lucifer sam". Actually some of the songs Bauhaus did sound kind of Pink Floydy as well.

    Television Personalities "I know where syd barrett lives" is a good one too.

    Television Personalities is actually a band, and "I know where Syd Barrett lives" is actually a song? :confused: I found that a long time ago, but I didn't DL it cause I thought it was some stupid interview.. haha.
