A closer examination of a photograph included in President George W. Bush's Air Force records, released by the White House earlier this year, shows then-Second Lieutenant Bush wearing an Air Force Outstanding Unit Award which he never earned. The photograph is also displayed on George H. W. Bush's Presidential library website.

chill out moonjava.....no one's poking fun at Jesus. But just making the point if those "Swift Boat Vets full of lies" lived back in the days of Jesus, they would most likely mock his bravery, courage, strength, etc. (not to compare Jesus with Kerry, of course)

 

Unit awards or unit citations can be worn by any member of the unit that recieved the award even decades later. Without recieving any kind of orders or permission. I personally recieved two unit citations [as did everyone else in my unit] for several major battles my division was in during WWII.

 

Well, now my mind's completely changed about Bush. Ok! His service medals were earned! Not that fake Kerry's silly purple hearts. Him and his band-aid medals. I've changed my mind. Vote for Bush! The true heroic veteran of the two!

Moonjava you are on everyones case who isn't voting for Bush...TODAY we reached 1,000 military personnel that has died for this stupid ass war..I'm sick of this war...We should have never went to war but we are, and there is no end in sight, we went in this war blind..with no way of winning it, no plan on how to get out of it, we thought it was going to be easy and now look at us..we are in war..with Iraq and we can't get out.. so we are stuck there, and our soldiers are dying!! innocent civilians are dying and FOR WHAT??? Actually, only white Christians who pay taxes and send their kids to private school are exempt from peace and love. All others are well within the guidelines for said peace and love.
