Hi All, I am new to HIP Forums and just wanted to say this is my first post.:sunny: As I am leaving the normal world of 9-5 job, living in town This is a transition for me and my family. We have sort of started this journey??!! Don't LOL, we are living in town with a fenced backyard with 19 chickens (they all have names), We have our third generation of a garden started in ground....growing season is short, next we are doing raised beds... sort of works, now my wife is trying Lasagna Gardening and I am building a green-house for aquaponics. LOOKING for any good gardening ideas! Everything successful we learn I will transfer to some scab land we have out of town. We are entering into a new self-sustaining life style, hope to learn and help others. Please let us know if you have any ideas or questions. THANKS!
