I understand the need to not advertise/publicize legitimate RC suppliers. But, I'm curious what would be the harm in maintaining a blacklist of known fraudsters. Of course it would be of no help to serious researchers, and would probably only be of limited usefulness to the uninitiated. But it would serve to help stop the gullible from throwing their money away, and perpetuating the existence of these scams.
If you know a vendor's address, you can find out whether or not he's a scammer at www.undrug.org/vdb . (There is no search function there; if you don't already know vendors' web addresses you can't find them out.) There is no need to discuss suppliers (in any way) here, because undrug exists for that purpose. Hipforums exists NOT for that purpose. Capice?
