    3C Old Fashioned Oats
    2Tbls Butter
    1tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/3C smooth peanut butter
    1/3C Honey
    1/8tsp salt

Preheat oven to 375*F.. Melt butter and peanut butter in pan on stove top on low.. remove from heat.. mix in vanilla, salt, and honey.. mix together well.. add oats.. stir well.. spread out on 9x13 sheet pan.. and put in oven for 8-10min.. remove when granola has slightly browned.. let cool on counter..once cool break up and put into container and store in refrigerator(use oil instead of butter for shelve storage)

This granola is delicious.. simple.. and cheap to make.. enjoy
