These things started popping up all over the place recently. Mama Nature is confused and thinks it's springtime again. These guys showed up too. .
I had a bunch of cosmos growing from late spring to mid-summer, but the high winds and dry weather ended up breaking all of them, so I just tore them all out of my planter and called it quits for the year, but the other day I went out and had tons of little clovers and a few flowers starting to sprout. I highly doubt they'll bloom before the first frost (it takes about 8 weeks for the flowers to bloom), but it's so lovely that the planter has a little life in it other than my two little planter gnomes.
Flowers are nice..remember flower power.. yesterday..i've cut all my sunflowers down.. they were growing to high..and the flowers.. were out of bloom..today..i'll dig my garden.. lots of weeds...damn...i'll be sweating today.. sunshine over here..and that for 22 september..uhuh.. I did not even see autumn colours on my last motorbike trip.. seasons...oh..the times..they are a changing(Bob Dylan)
