sun child

The sun child.

I awake to the firey light through my window,
but my heart to asleep to be freed.
Only bitter hate it feels,
that god should have planted that seed.
The sun only breaks my deams,
blackens my thought.
Theres a sun child on the conner,
who has not forgoten what he has been taught.

I love the first line.

Sadness fills me with darkness,
a light is remembered within.
