summer is almost over ... what has changed for you?

For me, my hair has grown alot. I have not been doing a thing to my hair other than conditioning it like a son of a biitch... and I am going back to work in 2 weeks and do not even have a hairstyle.

My husband says I look like a .... hippie. :spliff:

besides the tan and stuff.

My Older grandboys moved back home , so i havent any human babies in the house unless little Dave comes for a visit.....its the empty nest syndrome all over again.

 

I learned out to make alot of things, i painted alot of creek rocks, and i took my son swimming for the first time. Hes scared shitless of the pool! Oh and i got to get out his blue racecar bed, i guess just watching my boy grow up a lot.

 

i learned that platonic love can exist between two men...

 

Jerry lost his virginity.

 

ive spent so much more time with my friends who are leaving for college the end of the month. i got a car, i stoped caring about stupid shit and mellowed out a bit

Lost my virginity.
Tried shrooms.
Turned 18.
Went to mainland europe without family.
Chilled out.
Failed all my A levels.

 

i'm much more confident in a whole bunch of ways...

and that norwich sucks the lifeblood out of me anytime i'm there - i felt so dead when i was up there...

 

I have three new scars from a drunken motorcycle accident.
I have two less teeth.
I have started writing again.

 

I lost 20 lbs over the summer. It will take till next summer to gain it back.

I hung around with this particular girl a lot and it taught me to just be myself, and fuck being shy. She taught me to just say whatever I wanted to and not always to sensor myself. And she reminded me that there are still good people around. It's been a summer of subtle and (some not so) changes.
