    What are some of the stupidest band names you've ever heard?

    Mine:

    Zwan
    They Might Be Giants
    Simple Plan
    Good Charlotte
    Spice Girls

    All I can Think of? Anybody else?

    They Might Be Giants is perfect for the band that claims it as a name. If Metallica had called themselves that It woulda been silly.

    SR71 is a stupid name for a band.

    I like the names the band and the music!

    Mcfly, busted, wham!, boyzone, take that, westlife, limp bizkit -- those names all suck.

    also the Who is the best name but also the worst name.

    oh and Wandering Fidgets.

    and Desperate For Love Midgets (DFLM - say it like de-flam)

    also BIG BIG BOIS ON DA MONKI (big big boys on the monkey)

    I'd have to say the worst band name I've heard so far is "please for me". And the music isnt that good either.....

    also the whole "and and and" from The Commitments. and I quote "yer band should have "the" at the beginning. all the greats were "the" somethings."

    lol, is ok hun. Yer right, bands should start with "the". Have you ever seen the commitments before??? If not, it's a really good movie, excellent music.

    actually its a moovie ive been looking for. The commercial was so funny i got the ol' milk out the nose, yet i cant excactly remember why....
