So I'm sort of ina sticky situation, I recently recieved an order of 250mg 2ci hcl, but its not capped, not set in doses and I don't have the proper scales to weigh it out into accurate doses, what do I do??
You dump it all into a measured amount of distilled water, then you can measure your doses. For example, if you dump the 250mg into 250ml of distilled water, and you wanna take a 25mg dose, then you measure 25ml of water and drink it. You can use more or less water, as long as you get the ratio right when you measure your doses, but you get the idea.
I understand the concept and logic behind that, I think that is a great idea. But ideally I'd rather cap them up.. I'm afraid to eyeball it and cap it, I don't want to be doing to much at once, but I don't have a scale. Is there a way that would be easy to eye ball it? Should I break the 250 down into 10 seperate piles that look equal? I don't think thats very safe but It's the only effective way I can think of.
No, you shouldn't eyeball it. They may look like equal piles, but they may not even be close. There could be 5-20mg difference between the different piles. The only way you will be able to dose even close to accurately without a scale is by using liquid measurements.
im guilty of having rc's before scales myself but I really suggest getting some mg scales. they are pretty cheap on ebay. that way you know how many mg's you take each dose and can accurately find your "sweet spot" I also wouldnt personally worry too much about splitting up the 2ci without a scale though. 2ci is not something that will blow your socks away but it is enjoyable none the less

Get a scale. But personally if I didn't have one, and was just dosing myself I'd split it into 5 piles as equal as I could get it. Each would be roughly 50 mg., and you'd probably wanna take half of one of those piles, but I'd just take ~50 mg. cuz I'd need that much to actually trip on 2ci, but that's just me.
Indeed. And yeah.....like mdbnkc....there's not too much to worry about with 2ci. It's not gonna send you into oblivion or kill you if you accidentally take a little too much. Of course, you still have to be prepared to trip harder than you were expecting, because it is a possibility. It'd be better than not tripping hard enough though. Let's be honest:tongue:
2C-I is water soluble and doesn't seem to degrade in water. Get an oral syringe (the type that just squirts water.) It has 1ml gradients. Use that to measure.
I wouldn't recommend ordering from here. I tried to get one of these scales. It's been almost a month now, and there's been no communication from them, and nothing in my mail box. I'm starting to think they just took my money.
Keep in mind the vendor may have not weighted it right. i have received double what i ordered in the past so if you just assume its 250mg and divide it up even with liquid you could be in for a nasty surprise. scales on ebay are cheap as shit and as accurate as the analytical scales at my work.
Yo, I got the same scale off of eBay for a tenner, make sure to find the cheapest one as they were on there for anything from 10 to 50 quid. Granted they took over a month to arrive but they're pretty safe. Only complaints are that the display tends to climb up 4mg or so after initial weighing, and the supplied pan is pretty unstable on the actual weighing area and can cause discrepancies in measurement. A folded up train ticket on top of the 10g calibration weight is a suitable substitute.
