Stream of Consciousness Thread

So I chose not to post this in the writers forum because I thought it would be taken to seriously and I just want to write. A stream of consciousness is a free flowinging writing style where you basically say the first thought on your mind. Don't try to worry bout spelling and grammar too much . I've had a bad day on the hip forums today which is rare. This place is often my online escape but todays was just blah.

It is raining outside which is nice actually makes it feel somewhat like winter here. The threads have been slow today I don't know why, strange vibes tonight. So anyways thought I had more to say, but its your turn...

 

feeling the same vibe. thought i was the only one. todays just a grey day. not many good topics on hip today either kinda sucks :/

good news is. i learned what mephedrone was.

 

Lol the next time I take mephedrone I'm definitely coming back to this thread I may be able to write a short novel in it. I got work all day tomorrow which is a bummer, I really hope it rains tomorrow during the day. I'm not a morning person so getting up in the morning is going to suck but its nice to get off early. Yah mephedrone is some crazy stuff but pretty addictive, my friend threw up on it the first time she did it with me, I haven't really done it with anyone else besides her, it would be interesting to take out at a club but it makes me feel pretty retarded. I could go for some weed right now its been like half a year since I've had any and would be nice to chill out over these holidays with, maybe nye.

 

What is now... I hear the neighbour shovel snow with his tractor, i know all the tractors from the neighbourhood just by their sound. There was this old woman who used to park at the neighbour's fence for a chat - tuck tuck tuck for half an hour. I start to see the landscape on the still white canvas. It's a summer landscape, a peaceful green pasture with a white chapel in a distance, forest and fields, the road that cuts through is almost invisible. It's still audible, like the crickets, the far away tractors, wind brushing the corn; trucks, cars, planes, and all that noisy life that pours itself into the silence without knowing of it like a bright day doesn't know of the darkness of night. Yet silence is not just the absence of noises. I baked elephant cookies. They smell of cinnamon.

 

my stream of consciousness went really weird before i hit the reply button. does everyone hit button or use the 'quick reply' field? i've never even once used it! but before i hit the reply button i kept thinking about the song im listening to. cuz i started listening and judging certain sounds for colors, and this song is mainly orange, with some yellows. the foreground is like big yellow lillypads just rotating, its pretty rad. but its a house song and i dont think most hipforums are into that so i try not to post electro in unless it's in guerilla's music mayhem group. :2thumbsup:

Lulz That sounds like a good high there orison... Boguskyle I'm glad someone else is utilizing that group, I haven't been able to really get on a pc lately. I always associate electronic music with colors and textures as well, is this something you have always done? I woke up in the calm of the night and I got a weird creeping sensation like I was late for work but I don't have to go in for a few more hours. I really like some electro alot but unfortunately all I know is pretty mainstream stuff which I'm not too big on like lmfao, mstrkrft and stuff. I was at a rave in SF and saw this electro dj absolutely kill and he was more energetic behind the decks than I've ever seen a dj be before. I used to have traktor on my labtop which was fun to noodle with, its a digital dj program if you don't know, but then I tried to create a dual partioned os and the thing went to shit shortly afterwards.

 

i was watchnig the mexican wrestler movie with jack black, but i was thinking about peter sellers, when he comes in the house and does kung fu with his roommate and trashes the place..anyways im thing bout peter sellers and this dude come on looked just like him .. whoa ....

 

So its new years and I'm indeed on mephedrone, I'm thinking in my head I can write a decent sized novel but I'm using touch screen for my text instead of a keyboard which slows down my writing and therefore also slows down my thoughts. The last evening of 2010 was a slow one at work. I work in retail and I felt in disarray as my last shift before tonight was Christmas eve and those 2 days leading up to christmas were crazy busy. I worked until 10 pm tonight and pretty much after 5 I could pretty much count the number of customers in the store on one hand. Total contrast and made me real ancy and impatient to get out of there. The good news was that customers seemed to be in much more calm lifted spirits so the customers didn't really dampen the night.

I didn't see any fireworks or go out tonight to celebrate, there was an house party I was invited too with open decks (meaning anyone could jump on the turntables and spin) Ive really wanted to learn how to dj but I couldn't find anyone to go with me and I'm shy and didn't want to go stag. I'm lucky I got the day off from work tomorrow, I can sleep in! But I do have a few errands to run, thankfully not on a timed schedule.

I don't really have any new years resolutions but I'm hoping I can conserve money a little better. I definitely wish I had a girlfriend who could keep in check in this department. I have a difficult time conceptualizing how to spend money just to be able to pay rent and stuff. Food is what I'm the worst at I need to learn to not give in to my appetite which is always leading me into these mouthwatering $5 + burgers and burritos. I love pasta and that's cheap I need to fine ways to alter ingredients now and then so I don't get sick of it.

Weather was absolutely beautiful today, felt like a typical early spring California day, after a week of rain it was definitely a welcome change. During the day there was soft cool air, not cold enough to give you shivers or goosebumps but definitely felt, a cool caress across the skin. The clouds were pretty today I wish I remembered the names to describe the clouds but most were big, fat, full and the light white. Dont know what kind it was but words like Cumlio nimbus or something, something stratus stand out. Ok I gotta pee!
