Storing weed.

What would you suggest as for something to store weed in? I was thinking about putting it in like a glass jelly jar with the lid on it so it would be airtight. Is it good to store it in dark places also?

 

One way to store weed is in those airtight mason jars. you can pick them up for like 50 cents at walmart or kmart. Also keeping the jar in a cool dark place helps. It always keeps my weed fresh.

 

So im guessing that spraypainting the outside of the jar black would help a little bit as to keep out some light.

 

or wrapping it in electrical tape.... or just go buy a ceramic small mason jar for flour or such... just look in the kitchen area of any store.. they usually carry them and you still wont be lookin at more than a couple dollars.... or if you're lookin for somethin fancy... goto a headshop and buy yourself a nug jar. thats what i did... keeps your weed really fresh... they're just a glass jar with a cork cover..... works great... can usually store an 1/8th-1/4 in most

 

I use film canisters

 

How much would a film can hold?

 

not sure. nothing too big

 

You'd have to mangle anything bigger than 2 grams to get into a film canister.

 

put it in three zip lock bags and put it in your freezer stuff will keep good for years

 

What happened to shit like double baggin it and stickin it in your dresser drawer, or something away from a light?

 

BABY FOOD CONTAINERS. Could hold up to an oz probably if not more... Compact and Airtight.

 

you don't need to wrap it in tape or spraypaint anything, thats a waste of time. Just keep it in an airtight container in a desk drawer or something. That will work just fine.
