Can I just put the powder in the freezer and it would be perfect forever? This what a poster from the shroomery had to say: -- Dissolve it in everclear or strong vodka and it will evenly spread throughout the liquid. Say you've got 100 mg of 2ce. If you dissolve it in 25 ml of everclear, every milliliter of the liquor will have 4 mg of research chemical. That means if you wanna trip balls on 20 mg of 2ce you just gotta take 5 ml of everclear--that's just a teaspoon! --- Does dissolving the powder in liquor make it last much longer?
I've kept my chems in a dark spot at room temperature and there has been no noticeable loss in potency. I've never held any chems as long as a year or anything though. The freezer works.
Just do your best to avoid high temps, bright lights, and moisture. Also limit airflow. Pretty common rules to follow with just about any substance. Although some molecules are much more stable than others. LSD is much less stable than MDMA for example. I would suggest avoiding the freezer unless you are going for some serious long term storage. Cause condensation forms whenever you pull something out of the freezer and that isnt something you wanna deal with everytime you want to snip a dose or weigh a gelcap out! As far as 2cx's go I can say that I have stored some for months without too much thought with no noticeable potency lost as gb said!
i just kept mine in a ziplock in a drawer at room temperature, after a year there was no noticeable loss in potency. they seem to be pretty stable.
I too haven't had a problem so far, after several months Something that isn't mentioned often is that condensation won't be a problem if you let cold substances warm to room temp before you open them. I store in the refridge (not everyone can) and always let something warm up before I open it. As everyone said, cool, airtight, you should have no problems.
i've actually left two carbon phens out in the open for a few weeks, and noticed no loss in potency. normally i store them at room temperature, with a silica pack in the bag
no, if anything it would make it degrade faster. but strong alcohol would be better than water. dry is best. i store my 2cx in the fridge, in a jar, with desiccant. i've had the same 2ce for over 2 years probably. i've read that properly stored 2cxs will likely outlast the human ingesting them (providing that one doesn't eat it all)
