Stoned Ramblings

In an effort to actually stick around this time, I'm going to try to not venture outside of the lounge. It is a terrifying and maddening place out there.

Business has been slow lately so I've been making a few extra bucks doing some freelance writing. Picked up a couple of cannabis-related gigs, which is kind of cool. I got paid $100 to write someone an article about ordering weed online in Canada haha.

 

I thought it was kind of funny that the first drug test I've ever had to do was at the clinic before getting my weed prescription.

 

For the love of all that is holy, send me the info. Not trying to steal your thunder, but that's a dream come true.

 

So far I've just been finding jobs through Upwork, but there is a lot of crap to sift through to find the good ones. The site takes a cut, but I don't really mind because they also hold payment in escrow so that you can't really be ripped off.

 

I know a dude that did the article writing...he would do articles on shit he just researched online lol...all topics....dude was a good customer who paid top dollar so he must have been doing ok...

 

well I gotta go move plants inside before they get soaked and mess my watering sched

 

I've got a couple out in the back yard that I might need to pull in soon if the rain keeps up.

Hoping that legalization goes through before they get too big and my neighbours starts to notice. Although this strain is supposed to be approx 1%THC/10%CBD so I'm not even sure if it has enough THC to really get me in trouble.

I could also grow legally with my prescription, but I rent and doubt that the management company would sign off.

 

I have 1 or 2 as well ...mine are looking pale...too lime colored....need to neutralize asap with some N....I moved them to my shed so I can actually water them instead of mother nature

I have never actually reported a power outage ….until now......my neighbor has power and I dont.....we are on the same line....I have zero display on my meter outside....which means it isn't an unpaid bill....

something else I have never done is overpay my hydro bill....but I actually overpaid by 27 dollars this past cycle...….the dog was barking at a branch that fell off the maple tree in the storm but it was way too light to hurt that cable...

crew on the way....this battery powerbar backup works and is keeping my internet on bu it beeps 4 beeps every couple minutes....annoying

 

My modem has a battery backup that lasts a few hours, it is kind of handy when the power goes out and I have to work on my laptop.

 

my actual receiver o the roof needs power too...fancy new system with a cord runs down the house insidr and plugs right ito the wall with only a tiny 2 inch square box near the plug.....and my router...is all that is on the back up right now.....I can brig the the young couple down to divorcees cause of her eyes the girl does not do well in the dark....poor thing cannot even look at a screen for an hour after waking up
