I got nothing.. warm here actually. but a front coming. whoa, record breaking, so says from broken record media.. 20s, haha. not cold.. I remember one early Oct the cold air came quicker than the rivers cooled. Amazing amount of fog from the condensation effect.

 

I've not tried it myself, so I'm not sure. Maybe it only works when the temperatures get as low as they do here?

It's above zero (Celsius; thus freezing point) here but it feels freaking cold. Could get it hardly at 21C at my new place, which with such a cold wind blowing apparently is not enough to get really comfortable...

Don't get how some folks keep their livingroom temp at 16C in winter. That seems horrible

 

And yes, I'm aware its autumn.

 

The wind definitely makes a big difference. I can go out in -20C and be fine, but if it is -5 and windy, I'm freezing.

 

Yeah, that's what making me doubt to go on my bicycle to my friend too. I'm now at my parents who have a woodstove going; I'm sweating. This contrast is not helping

 

I put my bike away in September. I hate cycling in the cold. Basically anything under 10C and I'm walking or driving.

 

Don't mind as long as I remember I have to start wearing gloves.

I'm in a slightly diff situation of course: canadians have 1) on average longer distances to travel, and 2) serious winters. Both good reasons to hide your bike for months indeed :-D

 

Who here knows the term charlie horse?...I remember hearing it all the time when I was younger but you don't hear a lot about it now but I think I might have one just like f****** leg is killing me
