He's running full throttle with a rope in his mouth, it gets caught under the tyre from the trailer. Fucken ass over head he went. Got up not knowing what the hell just happened. Grabbed the rope started playing tugwars with the trailer.

 

What's adorable is he's now trotting around the trailer with his rope as if he's trying to figure out what just happened.

 

Doing some laps with an opponent. Once I got behind this guy, I pulled a tenth on the standings to 1st. He dropped down to pit straight away. Usually a sign of "oh shit, she's faster I need to change my setup" and this is what you want them to think. When realistically, I just had a smooth lap lol. That orange #24 is looking heaps slick out there. That other teams paint skin is too busy. Wheras mine is quite plain. I will add the contingency decals soon (the small ones on the side)

 

I am now team watching lol. Watching other drivers. There's some quick cars out there, but I'm not so sure on their long performance or if they're trying to put down qualifying laps.
Just now, the #54 got loose twice in turn 4 on lap 2. That's not good for him lol.

Yeah, pretty much everything outside the track is really ugly and basic looking, but there some people bbq in the infield sometimes lol.

Now I turn my attention back to the Trucks as we race today at Darlington.
I'm 2nd fastest atm in practice.

The 24hr transition is so cool in the game so we set this race up in the later afternoon time, Sth Carolina. And so 2hrs practice, 10min qual, 100 lap race. So the sky and track transition from afternoon to night and the track goes from hot to cold so at the end of the race, you got all this grip. That's why my speed doesn't matter atm. These aren't the conditions we will race in, but surprisingly the longer practice goes for, the quicker people should theoretically get. Though I'm sensing the truck is now pushing with the excess grip, where when the sun was out, you could hang the arse end out.

WOOHOO! I DID IT! I WON THE TRUCK RACE, I BEAT MY TEAM MATE

2 laps to go, I knew I was a tenth of a second faster than him in turn 3-4, so 2 laps to go i get right behind him, pressure him to go into the corner too hard, he hits the wall and I go on through, then I smack the wall on the last lap, last corner but it's okay, I did it! What a win, first win of the season! Fuck yes! video coming soon!

Here's the video of the last few laps! Enjoy! This is huge for me, beating 29 others. I tried to go in car so you can see what I saw, close in, get some pressure. Force the mistake.

You can say at about 1:10, that whole turn 1 and 2 I'm closing, he gets his left rear tyre under the apron/white line upsets the rear end and that gave me momentum to get right on his bumper and force him to go into turn 3 too hard.

Funny thing is a lap before I actually scraped the wall too lol. I never knew that. Too hungry for that win!

Nice of the #92 to come say well done at the end there but LOL WTF is with those lapped car getting in the way of my burnouts!!

I was wondering, if I was going to get a win this year in one of the top series in the league. I had a good feeling though all morning. I dunno why lol. I had not done a lap on that track with that truck in over a year I think. Maybe more. And the first 3 times I went out to set a lap, I hit the wall lol. Then the timing picture I posted. That was my 4th time out, my first lap without wrecking and I was 2nd, so I knew I had speed. Then yeah, my team mate there. He's one of the best on the continent at oval racing so you almost admit defeat at time, like, it's just not gonna happen. he led for 98 laps and I knew if I saved tyres at the right moments and that last run went green flag for 20 laps, I had a shot, and I got him with 2 laps to go

But the most funnest best thing about that, was, look at the mistakes I pushed him into making. So I know he was pushing, stressing, trying hard to beat me and I think he knew I was better too. and that makes me so happy cause I respect the guy so much ya know, it's like a Jeff Gordon / Chase Elliott thing going on there. that dude always sets the fastest time in practice and I gotta go out there and beat it, so he just keeps pushing me to be better and today, the apprentice got the tradesman.

So happy right now lol. That just shut up a lot of critics. Since our team does pretty well, I've noticed a lot of racers stop talking to you lol. Yeah well.. eat that.

not sure I understand .. how you drive car from outside the window view.. can u control the replay view.

 

Yes lol, I can control the replay views after the race lol. The cockpit view is the view you only get when racing. there's about.. 15 or so camera angles from blimp/helicopter/TV angles/roof/cockpit/gyro/quarter panels etc.

Then the broadcasters use their own camera angles like real life and overlays and templates for live scoring, timing, leaderboard etc.

As an example, this is what a good broadcasting unit would produce. Bad quality photo, but no shit, some dudes with the super computers, sometimes you can't even notice the difference once all the graphics are maxed out. I play on pretty limited because my PC is a potato.

 

the top number is the very top of the antenna in altitude..
the bottom number is how many feet youll fall if you hit it.. lol
