i adjusted the light to 24" yet the leaves of the new veg plants are still crispy on the ends. i adjusted the ph and i measure the chems exact. could i be over fertilizing?
The crispy dry part of the leaves will remain tha way, no matter what you do. The crisp part is dead. Your light was too low; it killed pat of leaves. If the new leaves crisp up now that you've raised the light, then I's recommend a thorough flush.
thanks ranger. i flushed for two days. the growth seems to be pretty steady despite the apparent problem. i also noticed that a new batch of clones i got from my buddy are receiving the same effects and they were pre-soaked and rooted by him and showed no signs until I got them at my house. The only difference is between his clone set up and mine is i have no co2 and he uses compact florescents and i use 3ft bar florescents. Would the lack of co2 cause this? Please help, ranger!
