(Stephen King's) Dreamcatcher

    So...what was your opinion on the movie? Personally, I'm in love with it. It's a really cute story. ^.^ Plus the aliens ability to talk to us in our minds was really cool.

    Did you read the book? To be honest I was pretty disappointed with it's adaptation when I saw it years ago. I felt a extremely jipped on the character development. There is so much more to their relationship with Duds that they left out. It is an amazing story though like you said. Maybe even a little cute. :)

    'the shining' is the only good movie from any of king's books.
    if it had not been for a great director like kubrick 'the shining would have sucked too!

    Unfortunately Kings books dont work well as movies for me , dreamcatchers was boring , pet semetary over the top, riding the bullet -boring .Love his books , hate the movies .Haven is tolerable probably because its loosely based on Colardo Kid , very loosely :)

    Really I think stand by me is a top movie, tho yes it was written under his pen name bachman.


    But yes all of his books are better then the movies.
