    Grant me the serenity
    to accept the things I cannot change;
    courage to change the things I can;
    and wisdom to know the difference

    Step 8
    Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.

    Through being willing to fix the wrongs one caused through asking forgiveness from those that you offended, you make another step towards straightening out your character and returning and revealing your true selves. By admitting in a person to person way, where they have erred, they stand to be able to correct the mistakes themselves.

    Make a "my name is earl "type list was what i did , its hard to do this step as you never know what the other persons reaction will be but it is necessary for your own selfworth.

    It is our job to "clean our side of the street". Sometimes the other person is so hurt that they are not able to forgive but we still have done our job of trying to confess our bad behavior and tried to do what ever it takes to make it right.
