Medium rare. I eat pretty much only ribeye these days.

 

i don't know if i've ever really had a bad steak.

medium rare is the ideal amount of cooking.

That's a good question, about why I ask so many questions. I think it is because I like question marks. Must be the investigator within.

 

medium rare, pink juicy and tender but not red and bloody. not brown inside and overcooked neither. and well marinated, the longer the marinade the better. marinade in worchestershire sauce, plus salt, pepper, and various spices.

 

i remember nzmale was a big fan of question marks. but he would just put them at the end of statements?

I bought 2 pounds of beef ribeye steak today. Also got some excellent fucking beer to go with it.

 

T Bones are my go to steak cut cooked up medium rare.
