Hi all. Im a vegan and im anti-medicine to a pretty large extent. Do any of you guys/gals know of any really good spring allergy remidies. Im currently taking quercetin,x-spray(homeopathic),Apple cider vinegar and ginger. Are there any other helpful hints you guys/gals could bestow upon me? Tanky tanky
