My adaptation of a Shaolin recipe, wasn't sure where to put it. You make up some noodles, either Ramen without flavouring, or Chinese egg noodles, mix them into a sauce of comprised of peanut butter and water (its should be like thin cream) mix in some hot sauce to taste (Szechuan (sp?) is preferred, just a couple drops is enough) and add shredded/grated carrots over top. You can also add chopped unsalted peanuts if you like. Delicious and nutricious!
