spicy garlic mushroom shrimp

    pretty simply really, its just a pan fry. and it soooo goood


    4 large portabella mushrooms, cubed
    half a garlic, crushed (4-5 cloves)
    1/2 pound, cleaned, and deshelled shrimp/prawns
    1/2 cup spanish peanuts
    5 tbs of Franks Red hot chili & lime sause
    ground chilli powder to taste
    Olive oil to fry in
    salt to taste

    I add in 4 shots of a gold tequilla once the mushroom juices are starting to dry up.
